The Eleventh Container Maintenance Bocce Bash benefitting Special Olympics will be held at the Blackbaud Soccer Stadium. The tournament is a bracket-style competition, held on 32 courts with four teams per court. The morning competition is round robin play with the highest scoring team returning after lunch for single elimination play.
All bocce players start the day with breakfast biscuits and tasty mimosas made right in front of you. For those looking who like tasty cold ones, the beer truck will be open for players at 10:30 a.m. Bocce players will enjoy lunch provided by Sticky Fingers. Yum! BBQ sandwiches!
This year's Container Maintenance Bocce Bash benefitting Special Olympics is being played in memory of Joseph DeCamilla. Joseph played on his son's J.B. DeCamilla bocce team and was the oldest player to ever compete in the Bocce Bash.
